Opening of the Citizen Service Center and the counter of Syria Gulf Bank in the Ministry of Higher Education building.
Following the signing of a cooperation agreement between Syria Gulf Bank and the Ministry of Higher Education, the agreement actively entered into force, with the opening of the citizen service center at the Ministry's headquarters on Thursday morning, June 17, 2021.
The counter provides 8 basic services aimed at simplifying the procedures and saving time and effort for the undergraduate, postgraduate students and delegates from abroad. These services are: developing regions service commitment document, non-applying for postgraduate studies document, confirmation of stateless registration, Departure fee exemption document, affidavit document, non-delegated document, delegate status statement, document authentication services ( transcripts, graduation certificate, study plans, ...).
The mechanism of work is carried out through an automated electronic “your turn” system, throughout the official working days from 9 am until 2:30 pm, in parallel with the work of the Ministry’s service center.
