Purchasing a ready-to-move-in or uncompleted property. The value of the loan starts from 5 million Syrian pounds

The loan duration ranges from 3 to 10 years.

The debt burden is 35% of the customer's monthly income.

The commission for examining the loan is 50,000 Syrian pounds.

Features:

• -The financing ratio is 65% to 70% of the speculative value of the property.

• 19% annual decreasing interest rate.

• Consecutive and equal monthly installments, with the possibility of granting a maximum grace period of 6 months depending on the nature of the client's activity.

Terms and Conditions:

• The borrower holds the Syrian Arab nationality and the like.

• The borrower has completed his military service or is exempt therefrom.

• Residence and work within Syrian territory.

• The borrower must be at least 22 years old.

• The age of the borrower should not be more than 65 years when the last installment is paid.

• A real estate collateral covering 150% of the minimum speculative value of the property.

• A life insurance policy of 100% of the loan, to be renewed annually.

• A fire insurance policy of 100% of the loan, to be renewed annually.
