• Consecutive and equal monthly installments, with the possibility of granting a maximum grace period of 6 months depending on the nature of the client's activity.
• The borrower holds the Syrian Arab nationality and the like.
• The borrower has completed his military service or is exempt therefrom.
• Residence and work within Syrian territory.
• The borrower must be at least 22 years old.
• The age of the borrower should not be more than 65 years when the last installment is paid.
• A real estate collateral covering 150% of the minimum speculative value of the property.
• A life insurance policy of 100% of the loan, to be renewed annually.
• A fire insurance policy of 100% of the loan, to be renewed annually.
• ID card.

• Evidence that the customer is a taxpayer with his tax number.
